So, is everyone ready and excited for the wedding season? Today I’m writing about my wedding look from last year. Hope you guys find this post useful :p
I always wanted a red lehenga with golden work for my wedding. Somehow the Silver work on Red lehenga never appealed to me that much. If you are from Delhi and you don’t care about Designer Lehengas then I would suggest that you do check out Chandni Chowk for your wedding Lehanga. You get a whole lot of choices and so many designs to choose from for much lesser prices. You can even customize your Lehenga accordingly. This particular design was in Orange so I got my piece in Red. The skirt had a different design on the waist which I asked them to remove and add a zari belt in it’s place. The Lehenga was adorned with Zardosi embroidery with intricate work on silk fabric, which caught my eye and made me pick it up for my D-Day! Yay!
My sister really liked this Anushree Reddy’s lehenga but since we couldn’t catch hold of her collection as mentioned in my engagement post, we got a similar lehenga designed by a local designer in Delhi. And the result was exactly the same! 🙂
For my mom we got a Saree from Meena Bazaar. I loved Meena Bazaar‘s Collection . They had such amazing Sarees. My father wore a Sherwani from Manyavar. You could find amazing designs for men in Manyawar.
