Seems like yesterday when I was enjoying Italy, walking by the canals, visiting Roman ruins, eating Pizza all day long, but it’s really been 5 days since I came back. Time flies way too fast, before you even realize. I and Prashant traveled around Italy last week. Venice was our first stop and what a view it was from our flight! Snow clad mountains greeted us just before we landed. And once we reached Venice, it was a 360 degrees of magical view.
Venice is one of the few cities in the world which are truly unique. The whole city runs in boats. You wouldn’t see a car in this city of 118 small islands. You could see ambulance boats, water taxis, police boats and literally a boat for Everything! We mostly took the Vaporetto(Water bus) to get around the city. The whole city is an extraordinary architectural masterpiece and oozes romance from every corner.
I bought this animal print jumpsuit in Canada last year but didn’t get to wear it much. I am glad that I finally got to wear it in my Italian trip. It was really comfortable for wandering in the narrow streets of Venice all day long. The jumpsuit looks pretty casual so I added this caricature neckpiece to give it a classy edge. I’m really crazy about fringe these days so I finally got myself a Fringe Bag. Love the way it moves and looks all so fun. Check out some pictures from this Postcards City.
